The County Council consists of seven members. The three at large members are Mike Stilwell, Derek McGraw and Jeff Clark. The four members from the four districts are Bob Schleter from the east, Jeremy Overton form the South, Hannah Whitehead from the Princeton area, and Jay Riley from the North. Jeremy Overton is the President of the Council for 2024 and Derek McGraw is the Vice-President.

The Council is the fiscal body of the County. Their primary responsibilities revolve around setting and reviewing the budgets for the County offices and appropriating funds for county government operations. They meet the second Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. except for the third Tuesday in December, also at 9:00 a.m.. All meetings are posted on the Calendar for this website.
